About the Audio Series
Go behind the mic with Give Me 5. Built on sharp insight and honest reflection, each five-minute drop is crafted with intention and the courage to say the quiet parts out loud.
Unfiltered and heartfelt reflections on the intersections of power, gender, creativity, and courage, exploring how we can reimagine the world for women and girls.
Whether you listen on your commute, your morning walk, or while catching your breath between meetings, Give Me 5 invites you to pause, listen, and reflect, five minutes at a time.
Give Me 5 began as a creative challenge to say something meaningful in just five minutes. But it quickly became more than that: a ritual of reflection, activism, and storytelling. These episodes are my way of making space for truth in a noisy world, exploring how everyday experiences, language, and systems shape women’s realities. It’s part personal reflection, part social commentary, and part invitation to think differently.
Give Me 5 is both a moment and a movement. It’s a high-five to everyone unlearning silence and a five-minute pause to think differently. In a world that rewards noise, Give Me 5 chooses intention, using brevity and belonging as tools for change. Here’s what sets it apart.

These aren’t soundbites. They’re stories with backbone. Give Me 5 uses language as activism, reshaping how we talk about gender, power, and empathy.

Each Bite may be five minutes or less, but the questions linger. The reflections are distilled, not diluted.

No performative perfection. Just unfiltered truths told with warmth, courage, and intention.

Shaped by both heart and strategy, bridging personal storytelling with social commentary that moves beyond theory.

This isn’t comfort listening. It’s an invitation to question what we’ve normalised and to imagine something better.

Rooted in lived experience as a Black British woman of African (Sierra Leonean) heritage, Give Me 5 speaks across borders, amplifying truths that connect us all.
